REFUND POLICY: Physical products including DVDs and tools sets may be returned for a full refund less the shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Online memberships that are paid in full in advance may be cancelled within the first 14 days for a full refund. Monthly memberships may get a full refund of their first 2 weeks membership within the first 2 weeks. Future renewals of membership may be cancelled at any time but there is no refund for memberships already purchased. Transactions are processed in US Currency. No refunds will be given to members who’s membership shows evidence of abuse based on logging in from multiple IP addresses.

Don’t steal and cheat. Treat others with kindness and respect.

1. Do not share your login password and user name. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password. No refunds will be given to those who defy this rule.

2. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content, images or designs presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn’t mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don’t violate our copyright.

3. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed in comments or forums. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere.
