Just a Joyful Dance

What’s this got to do with fruit and vegetable carving? Nothing. Except that I love both carving and dancing. And this is my blog. So, I can publish what I want. (wink and smile).

It’s simply fun and joyful. I came across this and thought you might get a smile from it.

This video was assembled by a YouTuber named only Nerdfest. It took 3 weeks of work!

Nerdfest says,

If you like this video, please support these film preservation charities:
The British Film Institute,…
The George Eastman Museum,
The Film Foundation,

My inspiration came from What’s the Mashup? (shown below) but I didn’t manage 100! The idea was to do the same for movies from the Golden Age – meaning no title later than 1953 (although there is one at the end.) Oh, and none of these clips was sped up or slowed down.

If you like the clips, go buy the movies on DVD! And the song on Google Play or iTunes!

And thanks also to IMDB, and Nero Video.

Turn on subtitles to find out the film names.

Want more Bruno Mars Uptown Funk Dance Mashup? Here is the 100 dance mashup video that was the inspiration for Nerdfest’s video that contains more current dances.

I LOVED it! Those were the good old days when there was real talent & people dressed elegantly.
