Creepy Davy Jones and other Imaginative Fruit Carvings

Here are a few imaginative fruit carvings created and sent to me by Chef Charlie in Brazil.

How do you like this watermelon carved to look like the character Davy Jones from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies? Pretty creepy, huh? But well done!

Chef Charlie has an extensive history in carving and has worked many years in Germany, Thailand, 12 years in Australia, New Zealand, and is now in Brazil.

Chef Charlie is a professor (teacher) in 4 Universities in Sao Paulo and Santos, and has worked for many TV stars in Brazil, and also participating in many TV shows in Brazil. He and his students do shows in the biggest food-fairs in Latin America like FISPAL, EQUIPOTEL..in Recife, Rio de Janeiro, and Sao Paulo.

      I’m glad to hear that you got oooohs and aaaaahhs from your family. Which carving did you make that got the ooohs and aaaahhhs. If you care to send a photo, I’d love to see it.
