2nd Annual Traditional Thai Carving Competition

Come show your off your skills at the 2nd Annual Traditional Thai Carving Competition in Los Angeles. It takes place on Saturday, May 21, 2016.

Last year, one of my customers, Yolanda Diaz, learned about the competition from my blog, decided to fly to LA to participate and won the first place prize – a trip to Thailand! Maybe you can be the one to win the trip this year.

Even if you don’t win, it’s always fun to gather with others who share your love for Thai style carving. And, competitions often serve as a catalyst for taking your skills to the next level. Every time I participate in or attend a competition, I learn something new from the contestants. You will, too.

Update on May 6, 2016: One of the Competition Sponsors, KomKom has just added 3 cash prizes for the amateur division.

1st – $ 200
2nd – $150
3rd – $100

Come join in the fun and maybe you’ll win one of these prizes.
