Due to popular request, the online Vegetable and Fruit Carving 101 Course for Beginners is now available on DVD.
This makes it possible for people who don’t have high speed internet connections to take the video course. It’s also really convenient for those who want to watch the lessons in their work area using a portable mini-DVD player or on a latptop that may not have internet access at that location.

Hi Nita.. I just found Ur amazing website! Wow!! So, O breathtaking!! We r throwing my sister a Baby shower.. This coming Saturday.. Yes I know just 5 days away! The Star fruit is watermelon!!! I wanted to do something different a amazing with it! I see u have a 11 week course on DVD! Which I’m interested in to Learn for future events! BUT can I learn somethin in 5 days.. So I can have something made for the shower! I’ve never carved before! But I’m a fast learner, & I’ve got passion! Any suggestions???? Please help!
