I’m so excited. We’ve finally released my new Vegetable and Fruit Carving 101 Course.
I’ve had so many requests for more videos and finally, they are available. This series is designed to be as close to a live class as possible.
The first lessons will be some good easy lessons that will give you success right away and build skills that will help you to progress to more intermediate fruit carving project lessons.
For those of you looking for more intermediate and advanced fruit carving lessons, be patient, I’m working on that, too.

New Lessons, Knives and Tools
We’ve just added the new Vegetable and Fruit Carving 101, 11 week video course for beginners. You can check out all the details here.
Click here to learn more about the Hearts and Roses video lessons DVD and online. These are easy lessons that you can do without any special tools or knives.
New lessons are available on DVD called Yam And Turnip Flowers, using Corrugated U-Cutters. This lesson is included in the online Vegetable and Fruit Carving 101 Course but can be purchased separately as a DVD.

Vegetable and Fruit Carving Course Now Available on DVD
Due to popular request, the online Vegetable and Fruit Carving 101 Course for Beginners is now available on DVD.
This makes it possible for people who don’t have high speed internet connections to take the video course. It’s also really convenient for those who want to watch the lessons in their work area using a portable mini-DVD player or on a latptop that may not have internet access at that location.
One of the really cool things about the Vegetable and Fruit Carving 101 Course on DVD is that each DVD has chapters that make it really easy to go back and review any section of the lesson that you choose.
You’ll find the course on DVD for sale in my shop.
