Armenian Cucumbers Make Super Easy Vegetable Flowers

Have you ever seen how pretty Armenian cucumbers are? Do you know when is a cucumber really a melon? Find out in the short video below.

One of my blog readers and friends, Sheri Menelli brought these interesting Armenian Cucumbers to my attention. She gave me one of these Armenian cucumbers that she grew in her garden.

What So Special about Armenian Cucumbers?

Take a look at this short video and you see how these tasty  and crisp Armenian cucumbers can make pretty additions to salads and edible vegetable flower bouquets. They are pretty to dress up any plate without having do do any carving. Just slice them and you get a pretty flower looking discs of cucumber.

Where can you get Armenian cucumbers?

You may be able to find Armenian cucumbers at your local specialty produce store. Or, you may order them through a wholesale produce supplier in your area.  We have a supplier in the San Diego area called Specialty Produce.
